## 1. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to the use of swisscollectors.ch (the "Website"), operated by **Swiss Collectors**, a Swiss association, UID/IDE CHE-475.699.590, 1202 Geneva, Switzerland (contact@swisscollectors.ch).

By using the Website you accept these terms. We may update them at any time; the version published on this page applies.

## 2. Purpose of the Website

The Website presents the Swiss Collectors community and its trading card events in Switzerland: event information, visitor and exhibitor information, partners, newsletter, contact and exhibitor applications, and, where available, ticket sales.

Content is provided for information purposes and does not constitute financial, legal or professional advice.

## 3. Events and visitors

- Event dates, venues, programmes and formats may change. We will inform registered participants of significant changes where possible.
- Specific event conditions, house rules or codes of conduct may apply on site.
- We may refuse or end participation in case of disruptive, discriminatory or unlawful behaviour.
- Ticket sales, when available, are subject to the conditions shown at purchase and to our refund policy.

## 4. Exhibitor applications

- Submitting an exhibitor application **does not reserve a table and does not create a payment obligation**.
- Every application is reviewed. A table is only confirmed after approval, a signed exhibitor contract and payment of the invoice sent by Swiss Collectors.
- Table packages, prices, availability and technical conditions (such as electricity) are specific to each event and may change until confirmation.
- Swiss Collectors may decline an application without giving reasons.

## 5. Intellectual property

All content on the Website (texts, images, graphics, logos and design) belongs to Swiss Collectors or its partners and is protected by law. Without our prior written permission you may not reproduce, distribute or commercially use this content, or use the Swiss Collectors name or logo. Requests can be sent via the contact form or to contact@swisscollectors.ch.

## 6. Liability

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Swiss Collectors is not liable for:

- indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Website;
- errors or omissions in the Website content;
- interruptions or unavailability of the Website;
- loss, theft or damage of personal belongings at events.

Liability for intent and gross negligence remains reserved.

## 7. External links

The Website may link to third-party websites (for example partners or social networks). We are not responsible for their content.

## 8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Geneva, Switzerland, have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory legal provisions (in particular for consumers).

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
