Exhibitor Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms before purchasing an exhibitor package for a Swiss Collectors event.
1. Booking & Payment
Exhibitor packages must be paid in full at checkout. Purchasing a package does not constitute final confirmation of your participation.
2. Exhibitor Contract
After payment, you will receive an email containing your exhibitor contract in English, French and German.
Please complete and sign the contract in your preferred language and return it to contact@swisscollectors.ch within 5 days.
Your booking will be officially confirmed once your signed contract has been received and approved by Swiss Collectors.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations initiated by the exhibitor are non-refundable.
Swiss Collectors reserves the right to refuse or cancel an exhibitor booking and issue a full refund.
If the event is definitively cancelled by the organizer, exhibitors will receive a full refund of their package payment.
4. Exhibitor Responsibilities
Exhibitors are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment and personal belongings, including their security and any appropriate insurance coverage.
Counterfeit or illegal products are strictly prohibited.
Exhibitors must respect the event rules, opening hours and instructions provided by the organizer.
5. Stand Allocation
Stand locations are assigned by Swiss Collectors. Exhibitors will receive their stand location and arrival instructions by email shortly before the event.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing an exhibitor package, you acknowledge and accept these terms and agree to complete and return the exhibitor contract.
The signed exhibitor contract contains the detailed conditions governing your participation.
